Terms & Conditions

Last updated: March 2026

1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the Cruise2Greece website (cruise2greece.com) and any cruise booking made through our platform. By making a booking, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

Cruise2Greece acts as an authorized booking agent for Celestyal Cruises. The cruise service itself is provided by Celestyal Cruises, and their Conditions of Carriage apply to all passengers in addition to these Terms.

2. Booking & Confirmation

  • A booking is confirmed once you receive a reservation confirmation with a valid reservation ID and payment has been processed (either deposit or full payment).
  • All guest information provided must be accurate and match valid travel documents (passport or national ID). Incorrect information may result in denied boarding with no refund.
  • The lead guest (first passenger) must be at least 18 years of age at the time of sailing.
  • Cabin assignments are subject to availability. "Guaranteed" (GTY) cabin bookings mean you will receive a cabin in the selected category or higher, assigned by the cruise line.
  • All prices shown on the website are per person and include port charges, government fees, and taxes unless otherwise stated. Shore excursions, gratuities, and onboard purchases are additional.

3. Payment Terms

  • Deposit: A deposit (typically 25% of the total fare) is required at the time of booking to secure your reservation.
  • Final payment: The remaining balance must be paid by the due date shown in your booking confirmation (typically 60 days before departure). Failure to pay by the due date may result in automatic cancellation.
  • Full payment: Bookings made within 60 days of departure require full payment at the time of booking.
  • Currency: All prices are in Euros (EUR) unless otherwise indicated.
  • Payment methods: We accept payments via PayPal. Payment card details are handled securely by PayPal and are never stored on our servers.

4. Cancellation & Refund Policy

Cancellations are subject to the following fees based on the number of days before departure. The cancellation fee is calculated as a percentage of the total cruise fare:

Days Before DepartureCancellation Fee

46 – 60 days50% of total fare
31 – 45 days75% of total fare
15 – 30 days90% of total fare

Cancellation fees are determined by Celestyal Cruises and may vary by fare type and promotion. The applicable cancellation terms for your specific booking are shown during the booking process.

To request a cancellation, contact us at [email protected] or call +30 210 123 4567. Cancellation takes effect from the date we receive your request.

5. Changes & Amendments

  • Changes to confirmed bookings (name corrections, date changes, cabin upgrades) are subject to availability and may incur additional fees.
  • Cruise2Greece and Celestyal Cruises reserve the right to modify itineraries, ports of call, sailing dates, or cabin assignments due to weather, safety concerns, or operational requirements. Such changes do not entitle passengers to a refund.
  • Price changes after booking confirmation will not affect confirmed reservations, unless a pricing error is identified within 24 hours of booking.

6. Passenger Responsibilities

  • Travel documents: All passengers are responsible for having valid passports (or national IDs for EU citizens) with at least 6 months validity beyond the travel date. Visa requirements are the passenger's responsibility.
  • Health & fitness: Passengers must be fit to travel by sea. Pregnant guests beyond 24 weeks are not permitted to sail. Passengers with medical conditions should consult their doctor before booking.
  • Travel insurance: We strongly recommend comprehensive travel insurance covering trip cancellation, medical expenses, and personal belongings. Cruise2Greece is not liable for losses not covered by insurance.
  • Check-in: Passengers must arrive at the embarkation port at the time specified in their booking confirmation. Late arrivals may be denied boarding with no refund.
  • Conduct: The ship's captain has absolute authority to deny boarding or disembark any passenger whose behavior endangers the safety or comfort of others.

7. Shore Excursions

  • Shore excursions are optional services provided by third-party operators through Celestyal Cruises. Cruise2Greece facilitates the booking but is not the operator.
  • Excursion prices are per person and may vary by age group (adult, child, infant). Infant excursions are typically free of charge.
  • Excursions are subject to minimum participant numbers and may be cancelled if minimums are not met. In such cases, a full refund for that excursion will be provided.
  • Excursion availability is subject to change based on port conditions, weather, and local regulations.

8. Limitation of Liability

  • Cruise2Greece acts as booking agent only. The cruise service, including transportation, accommodation, dining, and onboard services, is provided by Celestyal Cruises.
  • We are not liable for any loss, injury, damage, or delay caused by the cruise line, airlines, hotels, transfer operators, or any other third-party service provider.
  • Our liability for booking errors caused by us is limited to the booking fee paid to Cruise2Greece, excluding the cruise fare itself.
  • We are not responsible for force majeure events including but not limited to: natural disasters, pandemics, strikes, war, government restrictions, or adverse weather conditions.

9. Intellectual Property

10. Privacy

Your personal data is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms. By making a booking, you consent to the processing of your data as described in the Privacy Policy.

11. Governing Law & Disputes
